LAUREN KROPP

When it comes to business systems, tools and procedures, Lauren Kropp is at the forefront. Lauren has over 20 years’ experience in all facets of business operations including 10 years owning her own business as a Management, recruitment and social media trainer for the Real Estate Industry.  Lauren wants to offer her service to a larger audience and be able to pass on her skills to the “underdog”, the person that can’t afford the high price tags.

Her understanding of business operations ventures further than just managing people, products and accounts. Lauren also excels in systems and procedural support. For many years she worked as a Product Manager for a software company where she was a key player in the development, enhancement and marketing of its program together with a subsequent role providing system support and national training for clients and their staff.

Be Your Strength Core has been a passion of Lauren’s for years however she was dedicated to servicing the Real Estate industry but has now taken the leap and is offering to apply all of these skills to people, like her that have a fire burning in their belly but don’t quite know where to start.  The person that can’t seem to “catch a break” and the person who has a “side gig” that they desperately want to be their “main gig”.
